Placing orders
Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can then check the status of your order by logging into your account dashboard on the kora website.
Please note that if you ordered more than one item your order may be fulfilled in more than one package.

Payments
We accept payment via Shop Pay and PayPal. Please note that PayPal accepts major credit cards without requiring a PayPal account. Simply select “Pay with debit or credit card”. Payments made by card are processed through PayPal's secure server. We don't receive or store any payment information.
Prices may be subject to change, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
If your credit/debit card is not denominated in sterling, euros or US dollars, the final price will be calculated using the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Taxes and duty
We calculate taxes on your order according to your shipping destination and will itemise them on your order confirmation. If you’re placing orders from outside the UK, you’re responsible for paying any import duty and tax that may apply to your order. You’re also responsible for checking if there any other local customs regulations that may apply to your order. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before you buy. Customers in the EU will be subject to paying import duties for all orders of over €150*.
